Installation, Training and Care

Correct support, even hook placement and gentle fold training help custom curtains hang as intended.

BEFORE HANGING

Check hardware and product

  • Match every package to the order summary before altering anything.
  • Confirm brackets are level, securely fixed and rated for the load.
  • Count hooks, rings or carriers and distribute them evenly.
  • Use clean hands and protect the floor while unpacking.
Curtain folds aligned and loosely banded for training
HANG + TRAIN

Set the folds by hand

Hang the panel, close it, then guide each fold from top to hem. Loosely band aligned folds with soft clean strips for a short settling period; do not crease, compress or use adhesive against the fabric.

Adjust only product-approved hooks. Never force carriers or pull the curtain by the hem.

Garment label, low steamer and vacuum brush care symbols
CARE

Follow the sewn care label

  • Test steaming on a hidden area and keep the steamer moving.
  • Do not press coated blackout lining directly with high heat.
  • Use a clean soft brush/vacuum attachment at low suction for dust.
  • Spot-test any cleaner; rubbing can change texture or sheen.
  • Use professional cleaning when the label requires it.
Heavy or high-mounted hardware can cause injury or damage if incorrectly installed. Use a qualified installer when fixing conditions, load, height or access are uncertain.
