Custom choices must be checked before payment

You are responsible for reviewing the product, finished dimensions, units, header, fabric/color, lining, panel or set quantity, room notes and delivery details shown in the cart.

Our measuring and product guides are educational. They do not replace checking the actual opening, installed or planned hardware, product limits and configuration summary.

MATERIAL EXPECTATIONS

Textiles have natural variation

Screen color and scale can differ from physical fabric. Samples are recommended before ordering. Dye lots, weave, slubs, texture, pattern placement, seams, side hems and light interaction can produce reasonable variation in a finished textile product.

Product descriptions, photographs and guides are intended to be accurate, but minor non-material differences do not automatically mean a product is defective.

Order and website rules

Order acceptance
An automated receipt confirms submission, not necessarily final acceptance. We may contact you about errors, availability or verification.

Payment
The total and methods displayed at checkout apply. An order may wait for authorization or security review.

Changes
Request immediately. Custom production may limit changes or cancellation once work begins.

Delivery
Estimates are not guarantees unless confirmed in writing. Provide a complete, serviceable address.

Inspection
Check labels, quantity, condition and confirmed options before installation or alteration.

Installation
Use suitable hardware and competent installation. Follow product care and child-safety guidance.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, introduce harmful code, interfere with service or copy protected content.

Corrections
Obvious errors in description, availability or price may be corrected before acceptance and fulfillment.

Remedies and liability: where legally permitted, any remedy will be proportionate to the verified issue and applicable policy. American Curtains is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer information, unsafe installation, misuse, unauthorized alteration or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
