Where a product-specific warranty is displayed with an item or order, that warranty controls its coverage and period. This page explains how a potential manufacturing issue is evaluated.

Potentially covered
A verified defect in materials or workmanship that existed when supplied and falls within the product-specific warranty terms.
Common exclusions
Normal wear, sunlight fading, moisture, accidents, pets, misuse, unsuitable hardware, incorrect installation, alteration, customer measurement error or care contrary to instructions.

Submit a useful claim
- Stop using or altering the affected item if continued use may worsen it.
- Send the order number, item name, delivery date and description.
- Attach a full-view image, close-ups and label photographs.
- For an installation-related issue, include hardware and mounting photographs.
- Keep the product and packaging until review is complete.
