Six terms in plain English
Hardware
The rod, track, rings, hooks and brackets that hold and move the curtain.
Header
The construction at the top of the curtain, such as grommet, pinch pleat or ripple fold.
Coverage width
The complete rod or track span the closed curtain must cover.
Drop
The vertical finished length from the correct hanging point to the hem.
Fullness
Extra fabric width used to create folds; it does not make the opening wider.
Stack-back
The wall space occupied by the curtain when it is fully open.
